Email submission stops working.

    Hi,

    We've run into a problem of our email in the "send emails after submission" stops receiving emails from our Contact Us form.

    It happened once before where we realize we are not getting emails from our Contact Us form submissions. To fix it I retyped the same email and it starts to work again. Our customers expect a quick response and if we don't notice that we stop receiving these emails after a few days/week, we get back logged and delayed on responding to time sensitive emails.

    Please let me know what the issue is here.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience the issue had caused you. Based on the information you have provided, it seems that the issue you encountered was just temporary and it can be fixed by manually updating the Email Notification set up in your form.

    What you can do also is set up new email notification in your form if the current one stopped working.
