    Hi,

I would like to see the tick on the completed form.

At the moment I do not see the tick.

Please see below screenshot for tick.

    Thanks,

    Bianca Donnelly

I did check your form and it seems you are using old PDF editor. I would suggest you to please configure your form to use New PDF editor and then you will be able to customize your PDF document. Please check the screenshot below on how to configure the new PDF editor:

Thanks for your suggestion, I have changed to new PDF editor.

I still can’t get the ticked boxes to show as ticked on the submitted form.

I would like the unticked questions to be visible too – is that possible?

    Kind Regards,

    Bianca Donnelly

    Thanks.

Does this mean I would have to manually edit every form submitted to see the ticked boxes?

No you do not have to change it for each submission you receive in form. You need to go to your form's PDF editor and change the display style of the multiple choice question. It's a onetime change and the changes will be saved in PDF template. The style will be changed for all the submissions you receive in form.

    Hope this helps.

Now my columns are not inline. Please see screenshots below.

Please let me know how to get all tick boxes in a line.

You can change the Question alignment to the top and customize the width and height of the box to fit it the way you want:

Please help me with the alignment of the tick boxes.

I have changed all checkbox settings to Top but a couple of them look like this. It seems to be the ones that go over the page that have issues.

    Thanks for your help.
