    Please downgrade our account for free or please cancel our account. We are requesting a full refund, at this time. the customer service is horrible, with this company

    This action triggered the suspension of your account, to avoid further fraudulent charges. In order to reactivate your account or initiate your refund process, you must contact your bank to withdraw the dispute.
