Dear officer,
I have an issue with the data downloaded for my jotform. On the Jotform dashboard, the date and time of the submission of the jotform is showing the correct local time (Singapore +8 GMT). However, the download data for the submission shows a -8 GMT time which I presume is East Time (New York). How do I rectify the issue? Thank you.
Regards,
Jonathan Goh

Hi,
You are using the DateTime widget to get the time, the widget shows the local time for the person filling the form.
You will need to edit the Date format in the PDF editor to include the submission time and you can delete the DateTime widget.
To do that please go into the PDF editor by clicking on the top left of your form and selecting the PDF editor.
Select the prefered layout for your PDF document.
After that select the settings option of the date on the top right and change it to include the time.
Your PDF files will now include the correct submission time, feel free to make changes to the PDF template and make sure to edit the PDF template in this page if you make any changes to your form.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
