Stepping function allowing any number input

Morning. I have set up my order form with the stepping function. For example, coasters are ordered by eaches (2500 per case) - therefore i have the stepping function set at 2500. If someone wants 3 cases of coasters they would order 7500. The problem is that the number box is also allowing customers to type in whatever number they want. So I am getting an order for 5 on the form. This would indicate they want 5 coasters and not 5 cases of coasters (12500). What can be done to correct this so customers must use the arrows and the stepping function?

thank you for reaching out to us. The easiest way to achieve this if you would like to keep using the Spinner Field for this is to set the Minimum Value to 2500.

On the "Options" tab toggle the "Limit Entry" option to ON then set the Minimum to 2500. This way the user's won't be able to submit a value under the first stepping value.
