View form submission information

    We created a new form and there has been at least 1 submission, but it is not showing us any details in Jotform. It is the first time for us using subscription, so I don't know if that is what is causing the problem.

    The only submission that is shown in your Table is blank. Were your fields required when you received that submission? Based on the Revision History of your form, the fields were not required, so someone submitted a blank form. I also checked and the Email Notification you received for that submission was also blank.

    You can make a test submission to check if your form is working properly.

    I also saw that you have two Incomplete/ Pending Payments.

    If you received the payments from those two submissions, but they were marked as Incomplete/ Pending, most likely PayPal IPN is disabled on your PayPal account and you should enable it.
