I am testing a form with my own credit card, the billing address is correct and still I am getting the zip code failed to validate. I tested the card from Stripe dashboard and it worked. It only fails from my form. why?

Hello,
Could you try with another credit card?
I have cloned your form, set up Stripe on my end, enabled Live Mode, and everything worked.
I tested it out with my own credit card, with the only difference being the amount.
I suggest that you try reintegrating your form with Stripe and see if the issue persists.
Let us know how we can be of any further assistance,
Thank you!

I just tried with another card and I get the same error. I am entering my correct billing info. Is there anything wrong with my form?

Hi there,
The error you've provided was related to the payment details verification. I'm not sure if it has something to do with JotForm verifications. Stripe's Radar includes a default rule to block any payments that fail to ZIP code verification, which can be enabled or disabled within the Stripe Dashboard.
https://stripe.com/docs/disputes/prevention#make-use-of-verification-checks
Please try disabling the zip code check on your Stripe account.
Let us know how it goes.
