Tables: Replying to submission

We have been using the old style because, inspite of several requests, one cannot edit the "from" email address on a reply email. Since we have ten members reviewing submissions, any reply from a submitter to the reply email usually goes unanswered. It seems that allowing the "from" address to be changed would be an easy fix.

Apparently, the old style is no longer availible with the tables feature added. This presents a problem.

I know how to get to the reply email. What I need is to be able to change the "FROM" email address or to add a "REPLY TO"email address so if the submitter wishes to reply, it gets to the right person.

That is exactly it. I can’t find a way to change the FROM address in the new version. I’ll like to stay with the old version until this is resolved.

I just discovered that hovering over the upper right corner of the reply message reveals a gear icon which will allow the “Reply To” to be edited. That solves the problem. Is this a new feature or have I been missing it?

Are you referring to the Inbox Reply feature?

Or the JotForm Table Reply feature?

The Reply feature is not a new feature. It is always there as long as you have an Email field on your form.
