JotForm tables: Option to Download submission as PDF on a shared table.

Hi,

I can download all my submissions as PDFs via the Tables function. However, when i share that table with someone else, the ability to download as PDF doesn't show up for them, only download as CSV/excel.

Would you be able to assist?

I tested it and I'm getting the same option. It seems like the Download as PDF option isn't included yet in JotForm Table's when shared.

Let me escalate this to our developers as a feature request. Though we cannot provide any ETA yet on when this will be added, we'll keep you posted via this thread for any updates.

We’re writing to let you know that you can now allow your collaborators to download PDF documents in JotForm Tables. 

To do this, you need to share the PDF documents you want your collaborators to access from JotForm PDF Editor.

1. Open the PDF Editor and just click the Share button in the header section of JotForm to get started.

2. From the Share modal, you can create a invitation link and select the PDF Documents that your collaborators can access though Tables.
