Spreadsheet to form widget: unique code value is not forwarded to the submission

But now when you enter the Code manually it does not display in Submissions.

Whereas with QR code it works perfectly.

I am able to replicate the issue at my end.

It seems the Spreadsheet to form widget unique codes are not saved in the submission.

I have escalated the issue to our developers.

Once we have updates, you will be notified at this support ticket.
