Billing Question

    I'm being billed $29 per month according to my bank statements but when I logged into my account it says I have the free/starter plan and there is no way to stop the subscription billing.

    Can someone please tell me how to shut off the subscription for $29 per month?

    It seems you are logged in to a different account. As per our payment logs, the payment was sent from your PayPal account  bp***ani@mail.com.

    This payment was made to upgrade another account with username "MadHatTV". I did check this account and it seems you have successfully cancelled this subscription earlier today. You will not be billed again but your account will stay bronze until Nov 29, 2020 for the time you have already paid. After this date, your account will automatically downgrade to free plan.
