Why am I receiving a message to upgrade?

    Dear Jot form team,


    I dont understand why I should upgrade again, I just upgraded my account recently and accornding to my Inbox we only have 456 + 75 + 8 answers

    you are counting 1000?

    can you explain why?

    Hi,

    From what I can see your account has received a total of 1,022 this month which is over your submissions limit.

    The number you are referring to is the total submissions, that amount gets limited when your account is over the limit.

    The total submissions on your account are 2,567.

    The submission limit should reset on the first of the month.

    thank you! is there a way to download the submissions to get it going? or is the total submission 1000? thank you!

    Hi,

    This is regarding submissions made even if you download the submissions and delete the ones in your inbox, it wouldn't make a difference.

    The available options are to either upgrade your account or wait till the first of the month for the submission counter to reset.
