PayPal Integration: Customers are unable to make payment usign credit card

    Hello

    I created a order jotform but the customers can't make a purchase by credit card it's only by PayPal, Why? Id like someone to help me please with this process so the customers can make their purchase.

    I assume this is the form in question https://form.jotform.com/203026793429155, right? I checked the form and your PayPal account is currently not connected.

    Kindly connect your account, and please make sure as well that the integration is currently set to "Live Mode" and not "Test Mode" for the integration to accept real credit cards.
