How to free up form submission storage?

Hey, this is the second time this is happening.

The last time I have asked about this, I've been provided with a simple solution of deleting the form submissions in-order to keep receiving more submissions, but now, even after I clear my submissions the over all submissions are still being counted on the form submission storage.

As you can see in the above image, I have completely deleted the form submissions and there are "0" Submissions there per form.

But in the image below you can see that the form submission storage is still counting and isn't resetting back to 0.

This used to work, but doesn't seem to work anymore, Can you please help me regarding this Issue?

Jotform used to be an amazing form building service, Infact THE BEST, but if the form submission storage won't reset, then I wouldn't suggest using Jotform.

PLEASE HELP ME.

I have recalculated your total submission and it is showing 0 now based on the number of submissions in your form.
