Question regarding form data look up on tables

Hi, does the tables feature do lookups on other tabs?

I have different forms managing member data, and I want to combine it into one view.

In Excel / Sheets I typically use Vlookup / Hlookup for this kind of combination.

As far as I can see, I can pull data from columns on other sheets, but I have to manually update it. Is that correct?

    With thanks,
    Cara

You don't need to manually update the data in your tables when you connect with another form data.

Once a submission is received, the table view or card view will be updated.

Thanks so much for your response.

So for example, if I have "Person A" on an "Overview" tab, with their address details, and "Person A" on a "Results" tab with results from a test, how would I get their results to show on the Overview tab?

    Hi there,

Unfortunately, you can't automatically combine the data from different tabs. The connect form helps you retrieve the data from another form and display it in 1 table, where it enables users to easily navigate multiple form's submissions through tabs, and they are automatically updated whenever someone submits the related form.

I hope this information helps. Let us know if you have any other questions.
