When my account limits will reset?

So i have reached my limit of payments through jotform.

Does the new month start with my form working again the 1st of every month or the date I started my account? I am asking because my email says my form will be disabled on Monday , however, Monday is November 2nd. If it starts over the sate I started then what day is this?

Please note that submission limits are reset only on the first day of each month. I did check your account and found that you have reached payment limit and that is the reason why the system has automatically sent warning email with a calculated timeframe when the forms will be disabled.

Since your account submission limit will reset automatically on Nov 01, 2020, your account will not be downgraded.
