Problems typing on document

    Clients are unable to complete form due to Adobe message. How do I resolve this issue?

    Hello @fuentesmpt,

    We do apologize for any inconvenience that you have experienced.

    After checking your account, I have found that you currently have a few active forms and I am unaware of which one is causing the issue. Could you kindly share the URL of the form(s) in question?

    However, please note that if you are trying to fill out your PDF forms offline, you will need to use either Adobe Acrobat or Foxit to fill them out. These two softwares are the only ones that will allow tour FIllable PDFs to be populated.
