Storage Limit (Urgent)

    Hi

    I have hit my storage limit.

    I have deleted submission data from several forms to free up storage space.

    However, after doing so there is no change to the storage utilization and it remains the same.

    Please advise how I can free up storage space.

    Hi there,

    I've checked your account storage and it seems that you are currently using 10.20 GB. The .20 actually means 200 MB. How much was it before you deleted the uploaded data? Is it possible for you to tell the size of the data that was deleted?

    Did you check the trash folder also? Please make sure that you empty the trash folder for all forms as well.

    Hi

    I just emptied the trash folder of the relevant forms where I deleted submission data.

    The storage quota problem is resolved.
