Full submissions are not downloading

I tried this way many times. but full submissions are not downloading. Sometimes only 0mb is downloading sometimes only 24 submissions are downloading. Please rectify it.

To clarify, are you saying that you have downloaded your submissions but when you opened it, it did not contain the entire data? Or you can't download the submissions at all?
