Please help? No response to support ticket. Account suspended.

    My account is suspended. I am unable to login to find out why.

    My customers are emailing me upset they can't submit their files so that I can do my job.
    The only thing I did today was delete old archived forms and empty old form submissions.
    Why am I suspended? Why won't you answer me?

    You are jeopardizing the clients that I have left thanks to Covid.
    I simply don't understand.
