How can I make a question to be multiple selections?

Hi JotForm ... let me first say you are GREAT! My club and I use you service for our non-profit club. It works fabulous and easily links to our Constant Contact website and marketing campaigns. I do have a question. We have a form ... here it is

    https://form.jotform.com/203236740533146

Works great, but at the bottom there is a section that asks about volunteering. Right now the person can only select one option. How can I make it so that multiple options could be selected if that is what the person wants to do?

    Thank you so much, Mary
