Display message if Appointment is taken during form filling

    Hi! People are able to double book a singular appointment time that we have available, if they both select the same slot at the same time. Only after the form is submitted, does the time block off. How can I prevent this?

    Additionally, I'm having an issue with email confirmations. 1) I am not getting email confirmations when someone submits a form. 2) The person submitting the form is not getting email confirmations that the form went through. 3) The person submitting the form is not getting a copy of the invoice.

    Please let me know how to fix this. Thank you!

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to know if the Appointment in the time slot is taken until the form is submitted or refreshed. There is no other way to let the user know that the field has been taken.

    However, users can simply select the go back link and select a new time slot.
