    Hello Jennifer,

    One of your forms is created with a credit card field. Please note that we do not allow forms to have fields like this. It goes against our Terms & Conditions (https://www.jotform.com/terms/).

    I have lifted the suspension, but I've deleted the said field.

    If you wish to collect a payment, you can do so by using one of our payment integrations. We have PayPal, Stripe, Square, Authorize.net, and more.

    In the current form setup, you can get the final total of the items by calculation widget:

    And you can pass the calculated amount to the payment field:
