Issues with customers using JotForms

    Within the last couple of weeks our customers have had issues using a couple of forms.

    "Etched - Order Requisition - Certified Slings" Form - password element on first page disappeared. Had to be re-added.


    "Etched - Order Requisition - Certified Slings" Form - next button was not working at bottom of 2nd page. Resent link to form to customer and then it worked for them.

    We want to know why we had these issues?

    Upon checking the form's Revision History, it seems you have removed the said field last August 20th:

    1606947836 5fc813fc2fb68  Screenshot 10Also, the term "Password" is not allowed to be used on forms so we suggest replacing it with any other word describing the same such as "Access ID or Code".

    We understand that this may not be the case with your form, but collecting "Passwords" on forms is not allowed and against our terms of use. It may cause your account to be suspended.
