I upgrade and it didn't give me the discount

I upgrade, for the discount and wanted the monthly price. I wanted the $19.50, but wanted to know is it going to be $19.50 a month. It didn't give me a discount of $14.99 discount to upgrade. If it will charge $19.50 a month I want that upgrade.

The discount only applies to annual payments. If you are going to select the monthly plan then you'll get charged for the full amount of the plan.
