Status of our Non-profit discount application.

I have applied to receive the nonprofit discount on our (currently free) account. We are looking to sign up to a Bronze plan and have been waiting for a reply.

How long would it take to receive a response?

I did check your account and found that your non-profit discount is already approved. Please go ahead and try to upgrade your account from your account >> upgrade page and you should see the discounted pricing. Please check the screenshot below:
