How to Send Forms by E-Mail

Please follow the steps below to share your form by e-mail:

1- On the "My Forms" page click "More" from the right of your form that you want to send.

2- Click "Publish Form":

3- Click the "E-mail" tab:

4- Share your form by e-mail with the options below whichever you find useful:
