Change text color of a check box

I would like the check box to change text or fill color when the check box is selected.

IE: If the user selects Yes The text box turns green

If the user selects No the check box turns red and is bolded.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to set conditions to change the checkbox field's colors based on the user's answer. You may add a separate field with the required background color and apply a show/hide them based on the conditions. Alternatively, you may download the form's full source code and add custom Javascript code to achieve your requirement to host the file on your web server.
