Submissions from another account are not being imported into the new account.

    The data from previously submitted jotforms that are in another account are not able to be imported into our new account. The forms themselves are showing up just not the data. We have tried the import from the app like suggested.

    Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    If you are referring to cloned forms, you need to download the submissions from the source account, remove any extra data on the excel file such as IP address and submissions id then use the import.jotform.io app to upload the data to the respective form table. The submissions will not upload if the columns' title on the excel doc doesn't match the online form or the fields are not in the same order.
