HIPAA complance: "information hidden for your privacy" message

I have switched our account back to non-Hipaa Compliant for the time being.

When our account was upgraded to Hipaa Compliant, we were no longer able to see the submitted information on the submission form from the patient who completed the form. It simply gives the "information hidden for your privacy" note in each field.

This is an issue because we need to be able to see the information in order to review it and update it it our system. Can anyone please tell me what needs to be done to have the submitted information show on submission forms.

    Hello Heather

If I understood you correctly, you're not being able to disclose the submission data in the notification e-mails.

Kindly check this guide to help you correctly set up the notifications and autoresponders for HIPAA forms:

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Somewhat. When the patient submits the information, it sends us the PDF of the submitted document via email, but it does not show the information input by the patient. This is true of the submitted form on the JotForm site as well in the inbox.

After looking through the link you sent, I found the below image that correctly portrays what is happening.

This is the issue we are having. The answers the patient submit need to be seen and reviewed by our office so that we may update their accounts. We do want the auto-responder email to the patient to have the "removed for Privacy", however.

Are there setting to do this?

    Thank you
