Customers keep receiving a "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed." error message.

    This has happened multiple times with my customers. One person said that switched from Safari to Google Chrome, and then it worked for them. I had another customer try that, and they said they are still receiving the same message. Please help!!

    Have you solved this problem already? This error message is displayed when "Unique Submission" is enabled in form's setting. I did check your last edited form "ELITE Prep Prospects Recruiting Camp" and unique submission is not configured in your form. Please check the screenshot below:

    I also checked all your other forms and it seems "Unique Submission" is enabled and "Check cookies only" is selected. Please check the screenshot below:

    Please note that "Check cookies only" unique submissions setting prevents users form submitting form again form the same browser and that is the reason why your users are not able to submit the form again.

    I would suggest you to please set the unique submission setting as "No Check" and that will solve your problem.
