    Goedemiddag,

    ik heb vandaag en gistern proberen in te loggen, maar dit lukt niet. Waneer ik klik op "stuur reset instructies" krijg ik de melding dat het e-mailadres niet hekend wordt, maar ik weet 100% zeker dat dit het juiste emailadres is... Kunt u mij helpen mijn account te openen?

    Hello Nina - Please try using your account username: ActieveGeweldloosheid instead of your email address when logging in or requesting a password reset. See if that'll work for you.

    I've just checked the account and was able to confirm that it's in good standing and no issues reflected so far.
