Cannot Log In

    I have had an account with your business for a couple of months. Suddenly, Jotform was not recognizing my email address, even when I tried to reset the password. Then, the reset password option worked, but now when I try to log in, I get a perpetual white spinning circle when I click "Log In" Can you please help me? I cannot get logged in.

    I checked your account, and it is fine on our end. You can try clearing your browser's cache and see if it works. You can use a different browser or incognito mode too.
