Text Question with "Choose not to answer" option

Hello!

I have an application with an optional text (essay) question. But, I would like respondents to have to either provide an essay OR check a button/box which states, "I choose not to answer."

So, I want the question to be required, but with the option to either give an essay or opt out of the essay.

You can add a checkbox button to the form or below the essay field labeled "I choose not to answer" and then hide the essay field if the checkbox is filled/checked.
