Why Google reCAPTCHA doesn't work on my contact form?

Hi - I have the invisible reCAPTCHA added to two forms - one contact form (listed below) and one donation form. It works properly on the donation form but not on the contact form. Is it only usable on pricing forms or some other criteria?

reCAPTCHA is available for all forms. There is no restriction on the type of form you are using. You can read more about it on our BLOG: https://www.jotform.com/blog/google-invisible-recaptcha/.

Once reCAPTCHA is hidden, it will only be visible if Google detects suspicious activity.

If you want to show the reCAPTCHA badge, you can do it from properties and then scroll down to the end to turn on the badge option.

Yep - thanks! I'm familiar with how it works...it just isn't working when I have the form embedded into our website. My apologies - I see that it works on the clean JotForm-only form page link that I referenced (should have checked before I posted!), so I'll have to investigate where the conflict is once I embed it in our website.
