I can't read the answer from my form

I created a form and the answers are not legible. The excel is also not working and I don't have access to the content.

The form https://www.jotform.com/form/203226455734050 is currently encrypted that's why it is showing encrypted data. You will need to upload the private key you've created during the encryption process in order to decrypt it and have access to the data.
