PayPal alert - IPN error

    I received this message from PayPal and I don't know what to do with it. Can you assist?

    Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

    If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

    Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

    Thank you for contacting Support.

    The IPN URL is working fine. Can you please try it again?

    May we also know the steps you've taken why you're getting this error? Did you enable the IPN in your Paypal account and set that URL?

    May I also suggest checking the Paypal FAQs here to understand more about IPN, how to add them to your account, and how to resend failed payments in your Paypal payment history
