Set up multiple recipients for email Notifications

Hello, is there a way to add an email so two people are notified of responses? I have them sent to mine now but will be going on vacation so I'd like them copied to a second.

Yes, you can add multiple recipients to the Notification. You first need to open Notification settings:

From here, you need to open the Recipient tab from where you can add or remove email addresses:

Can you tell me how to get to that? We don't have the gold bar across the top with the Settings prompt, only this:
