Is there a widget that would allow a hyperlink to be set?

Is there a widget that would allow a hyperlink to be set to just open a pdf form.

We've tried the Terms and Conditions that has hyperlink capability but cannot remove the checkbox.

Any Ideas?

You may add Paragraph widget then add a hyperlink to another page.
