My account was suspended

    I can't login my account and now it is saying my account was suspended. But what is the reason. All of my forms follow jotform guideline. Please check it again.

    Your account is suspended. Your form could be violating copyright law by using the image logo. Can you give us more information that you are associated with this company/store?

    In order to reactivate your account, kindly provide us the following information:

    1. The URL where your forms are used.
    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.
    3. Share with us a document that will prove that you're authorized to use the said logos.

    We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send these proofs to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #2754952 as your subject. We will let you know about the status of your account after a thorough review of your proofs.

    Or, we can just remove the logos and lift the suspension of your account.

    I was not authorized to use that logo. I don't know that it will be a
    cause of my account suspension. Please remove that logo and reactive my
    account. . please don't remove that form. Only remove that logo
