Upgrade account via the Purchase order - University of Bari

    Dear Sir/Madame,

    We are still waiting the invoice addressed to the University of Bari from Jim. I've written several time but no reply.

    One urgent issue is that I still have the 'standard' plan although Jim reassured me that he temporarily upgraded it to 'silver' (which is what we will purchase once you send us the invoice). The form is running and the limit of 100MB is getting close...I hope this delay on your side does not cause a disruption of our online application.

    I have changed the status of the account nicoladanieleconiglio to the Bronze plan temporarily. I'll also pass the ticket to our team manager.
