Autoresponder is not sending to any emails

I've followed the instructions and it's not sending an edit link with any emails as test or to a friend. Please help.

It's because of the email address placed in the email condition, I fixed it for you (please see my screencast below for reference) so the autoresponder or email condition should work as expected now.
The autoresponder will only send if the "Vet Details" field is equal to "jhon", please try the form again and let us know how it goes.
