Cannot Login/jotform.com not found

Good morning!

Have been trying to test this for our school at the University of Virginia and have been loving the interface. Upon testing yesterday, suddenly www.jotform.com can't be found when I ask to create a page from scratch. I tried Firefox thinking it was a Chrome issue and now it says my account is suspended. Any thoughts? Thank you!
