Business Associate Agreement (BAA) on Silver or Gold Plan?

Do you offer a BAA for Silver or Gold customers? I see the HIPAA compliance shield for those levels so I assume so, but when I look at the enterprise option it says BAA is available. So wondering if that means it is NOT available for the Gold/Silver?
