Can HIPAA be removed completely from certain forms

I want the people submitting certain forms to get an automatic email with a pdf of the submission. I do not want them to have to use a password. This form does not need HIPAA compliance. Is this possible?

When you enable HIPAA compliance in your account, all your forms and their data is transferred to the HIPAA servers. It is not possible to deactivate HIPAA for one form. In HIPAA compliant accounts PDF attachments must be password protected, otherwise, they will not work.
