Is the website down?

I am trying the link that on the poster but it keeps saying it this link doesn't work for some reason, the link in particular is the one for the application form I've tried it multiple times and keeps saying the same thing,is it the website???.

company itself not giving the full link on the poster.Sorry for wasting
