I cannot import form

Hi, i can't import forms from another Jotform account. The others forms has able the Clone option.

The form owner must update the account settings (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings) and disable this option:

After that, please try to clone the form again and let us know if the issue still persists. Thank you!
