Creating a trial version of my JotForm

I'm currently involved in helping my boss create an intake form for clients who potentially want to hire her as a consultant. She wants to know if there's a way to make it that the first 6 questions or so could be gone through for free, just so the clients have an idea of what it's like so they can feel confident enough to pay to complete the rest of the form.

As of now I'm planning that when someone takes the form the first time, I'll be able to get their email and then enter it as a value so that if they take it again the payment question will become required. I also figure if anything I can just create a separate trial form all together that'll send the user to a new full version. But obviously searching for alternatives to this too.

    You can have two forms.

1.In the first form, you can have questions and the payment integration. The user can check the questions fill up and as soon as they agree to pay you can show the payment integration for them to make the payment.

2.As soon as they submit you can email them with the link to fill the second form.
