My Jotform Ticket system is down

The system is not accepting any entries

Message display says over quota which has never happened before

I average 500 submissions over a 6 week period

Does this mean that I need to upgrade somehow

And if I need to upgrade, will all my submissions and forms come along with my account as I upgrade? or will I need to recreate all my info and start from scratch ?

May we please have the URL of the form giving you this error? The error may be related to something other than the total submissions count.
