URGENT....Why is our account suspended?

    Why is our account suspended? We have not made any changes. Nor have we broken any of your Terms of Use.

    Please advise urgently, as our members need to use the forms.

    Hi Gerard, this is the result of Rick Wheeler's perfidy in his dealings with us. He originally set up the forms for us on the understanding that the forms and data would belong to Common Law Australia. I attach the following screenshot in which he states that he was donating the Jotform account to the Common Law for all. I am an administrator on the https://commonlawcourtaus.org/ website where we use the forms to record various information for anyone for free.

    Now he is claiming the Jotform data belongs to him, when people have recorded their information on our website believing that their data would be managed safely and securely. We have done that. And we have already proved to Jotform that we paid for an upgrade to Jotform due to the massive response to providing this free service. We paid for the Gold package out of donations from our members. Therefore, the data belongs to them and we are merely the custodians.

    Please ignore the ravings of this man Rick Wheeler. He has caused us a lot of trouble, when all we want to do is to continue to serve the People of the Commonwealth of Australia without charge.

    Meanwhile, since the account has a Gold subscription, could you please confirm from which PayPal account the payment was made? You can provide us the PayPal email address from where the payment was made.
